p. -fleág, pl. -flugon; pp. -flogen. I. to fly asunder, fly to pieces :-- Hé slóh ða næddran, ðæt heó on viiii tófleáh he struck the adder so that it flew into nine pieces, Lchdm. iii. 34, 26. II. to fly apart, to crack, have breakings out (of a diseased body) :-- Wið hreófe and wið tóflogen líe for leprosy and for a body that has breakings out on it, Lchdm. i. 352, 18. [O. H.
