To fulfil, perform, carry out, follow, accomplish; adimplēre, perfĭcĕre, perăgĕre, obsĕqui, patrāre :-- Ðæt hi mǽgen hiora wísdóme fulgán that they can fulfil their wisdom, Bt. 39, 2; Fox 212, 19. Ðe hiora willan fulgǽþ which fulfils their will, 39, 8; Fox 224, 18. Se ne hwyrfþ his mód æfter ídlum geþohtum, and him mid weorcum [ne] fulgǽþ he turns not his mind after vain thoughts, and does [not] carry them out with works, Ps. Th. 23, 4.
