II. to become ugly :-- Se wǽta ástígd tó ðæm lime, ðonne ásuilð hit and áhefegaþ and unwlitegaþ humor ad virilia labitur, quae cum molestia dedecoris intumescunt, Past. 11; Swt. 73, 10.
