Church-need; ecclesiæ necessitas :-- Riht is ðæt man betǽce ǽnne dǽl preóstum, óðerne dǽl to cyricneóde, þriddan dǽl ðám þearfum it is right that one part [of the alms] be delivered to the priests, a second part for the need of the church, a third part for the poor, L.
