n. A child:--Gif his hláford him wíf sylle and hig suna hæbbon and dohtra, ðæt wíf and hire winclo (liberi) beóð ðæs hláfordes. Gif se wiel cwið: 'Mé ys mín hláford leóf and mín wíf and míne winclo,' Ex. 21, 4, 5.
