p. ode, ede, ade; pp. od, ed, ad [a ex, mán = mǽn -- gemǽne communis, sumian = samnian congregare] To excommunicate, anathematize; excommunicare, anathematizare :-- Amánsumede he hine excommunicavit eum, Bd. 3, 22; S. 553, 26.
