l. á-stǽlan, and subst.: To charge, impute :-- Ꝥ mé nǽfre deófol on ástǽlan ne mæge ꝥ ic buton andetnesse beó mínra synna that the devil may never be able to lay to my charge that I am without confession of my sins, Ll. Th. ii. 264, 15.
