According to the Old English Dictionary:

be-niðan

adv. [be, neoðan under] Beneath, below, under; infra, subter :-- Ðú bist ǽfre bufan and ná beniðan eris semper supra et non subter : thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath, Deut. 28, 13. be-niðan
