- m. [blícan II. to shine by exposure, as the bones] An exposure; denudatio :-- Gif bánes blíce weorþeþ, þrím scillingum gebéte if there be an exposure of the bone [by wounding], let amends be made with three shillings, L. Ethb. 34; Th. i. 12, 4. blice
