ende-byrdes
Substitute for 'for order' in order, and for the second passage :-- Ðú þysne middangeard from fruman ǽrest forð oð ende tídum tódǽldes endebyrdes (in order, in regular succession ; cf. the corresponding prose : Ðú ðe tída fram middaneardes fruman oþ þone ende endebyrdlíce gesettest, Bt. 33, 4; F. 128, 7), Met. 20, 12.
