p. -brægd , pl. -brugdon; pp. -brogden [ge-, bregdan to vibrate, draw]. I. to draw, unsheath; stringĕre, exĭmĕre :-- He hringmǽl gebrægd he drew the ringed sword, Beo. Th. 3133; B. 1564.
