ge-hlǣg
l. -hlæg, and add :-- Oft wē gewuniad ꝥ wē þām woruld-mannum hwæthugu mid sprecad for gehlæge. and þā ylcan sprǣce wē nimad lustlīce, þeáh þe heó sī ūs unwyrdelīce and unrihtlic tō sprecane dum plerumque eis ad quaedam loquenda condescendimus, paulisper assueti, hanc ipsam locutionem quae nobis indigna est, etiam delectabiliter tenemus, Gr. D. 209, 21. ge-hlæg
