According to the Old English Dictionary:

gyld-rǽden, -rǽdenn, e;

gild-rǽden
f. The relation involved in membership of a guild :-- Gif he nele to bóte gebúgan þolige he ðære gefér-rǽdene and ǽlcere óðre gyldrǽdene if he will not submit to make amends let him forfeit the fellowship and every other interest in the guild, Th.
