q. ) hospitality:--Swilce hé gestlíþnysse gegearwode quasi hospitalitatem exhiberet, Gr. D. 76, 19. Gestlíþnesse begangan, Bd. 1, 27; Sch. 64, 3. ¶ on gistlíþnesse as a guest:--Gif bescoren man gange him an gestlíðnesse, gefe him man ǽnes if a tonsured man go from house to house seeking entertainment, let it be given him once, Ll.
