adj. Of many colours, diversified with circular spots of colour [?] :-- Hringfégh polimita vel oculata, Ælfc. Gl. 29; Som. 61, 29; Wrt. Voc. 26, 28. Hét wircean him hringfáge tunecan fecit ei tunicam polymitam, Gen. 37, 3.
