adj. Ignorant :-- Cúðberhtus, ðá ðá hé wæs eahtawintre cild, arn swá swá him his nytenlice yld tihte plegende mid his efenealdum: ac God wolde stýran þǽre nytennesse Cúðberhtes þurh mynegunge gelimplices láreówes, Hml. Th. ii. 134, 3. nyten-lic
