; f. Receiving, reception, acceptance:--Mid Gode nis anfangenness (onfangenes, MS. T.) nánra háda bútan geearnunge ánre (cf. God is no respecter of persons, but he that worketh righteousness is accepted with him, Acts 10, 34-35), R. Ben. 13, 4. Seó onfangenes ðaes rices is of Godes gódnysse, Homl. Th. ii. 80, 23. Nán ásolcen man nis orsorh be onfangennysse Godes feós, 556, 24, 33. Mid onfangennesse (perceptione) ðæs Drihtenlícan líchoman, Bd. 4, 3 ; S. 568, 39.
