Se brððor ðe hine synderlíce gebiddan wile, ne sý gelet mid (þurh, W. F.) æniges óðres onhrópe, R. Ben. 81, 9. II. abusive language, reproach:-- Hosp l onhróp improperium, Ps. Lamb. 68, 20. [Cf. O. H. Ger. ana-ruof appetitio.]
