According to the Old English Dictionary:

rǽding-bóc

f. A book containing the lessons, a lectionary :-- Se mæssepreóst sceal habban ða wǽpna tó ðam gástlícum weorce... ðæt synd ða hálgan béc ... rǽdingbóc, L. Ælfc. C. 21; Th. ii. 350, 14. ii. forealdode rǽdingbéc swíðe wáke (cf. ii. sumerrǽdingbéc and i. winterrǽdingbóc, 16), Chart. Th. 430, 30.
