housebreaking which is such in the eye of the law, housebreaking which has been actually committed (not merely attempted) :-- Inuasio domus vel curie, quod dicitur rihthámsócne (cf. infectam inuasionem, quod Angli dicunt unworhtre hámsócne, 615, 16), Ll. Lbmn. 614, 3. riht-hamsocn
