f. An uncovering, discovery :-- - Onwrigenys apocalypsis, Hpt. Gl. 435, 43. I. a removal of that which obscures or conceals :-- Leóht tó onwrigennysse þeóda lumen ad revelationem gentium; a light to lighten the Gentiles, Homl. Th. i. 136, 22. II. an explanation, exposition (III) :-- Circlícere anwrigenisse ecclesiasticae traditionis, expositionis, Hpt. Gl. 410, 36.
