[be, smeru fat, grease] Filthiness, pollution, abomination, disgrace, infamy, mockery, reproach, contumely, blasphemy, calumny; ludibrium, pollutio, abominatio, infamia, opprobrium, contumelia, blasphemia, calumnia :-- Hí amyrdon heora folc on bysmore they defiled their people with filthiness, Ælfc.
