Voc. ii. 77, 59, and bombose is glossed by ðǽre þútendan, Wrt. Voc. ii. 11, 71. A participial form of one of the verbs dynian, þunian (q.v.), þeótan seems to have been corrupted into these two forms. dundre,duntre
