Add: A. intrans. I. to remain. (1) of persons. (a) to remain as resident, visitor, &c., live, dwell, stay, tarry, abide. (α) in a place:--Hé gewunade l gebýde (habitavit) in Capharnaum, Mt. L. 4, 13.
