Add: (1) to say, utter, declare:--Hé ácwæð hine fram his hyldo he proclaimed him out of his favour, Gen. 304. Hí hogodon hú hí fácen and unriht ácwǽdon cogitaverunt et locuti sunt nequitiam, Ps.
