Odin (the Scandinavian form of the word which appears in Anglo-Saxon as Wóden) :-- Ðes gedwolgod Mercurius wæs árwurðe betwux eallum héðenum on ðám dagum, and hé is Óðon geháten óðrum naman on Denisce wísan.
