That rómei = hrúmig seems certain from a comparison of Wrt. Voc. ii. 102, 55-58 (caumeuniae eordreste, catabatus rómei, calcar spora, cauterium mercísern) with 13, 16-18 (caumeuniae eorðreste, caccabatus hrúmig, cauterium mearcísern).
